How are you charged?
For long distance moves we charge by the cubic foot, and/or by weight. We travel anywhere across the continental United States and Canada. Our representative can help calculate this weight, or cubic feet, as well as how many men and trucks will be needed to handle the job. All you need to do is provide a list of items that will be moved.
Free in-home estimate
We also provide a free in-home estimate, which we recommend for any home move involving more than two full bedrooms. At the time, we can also better analyze your packing needs.
If your new place is located in the Boston or Montreal metropolitan area within a quarter an hour travel time from our office, your in-house estimate is totally free to you. If the time is more than a quarter hour, a fifty dollars travel fee will be applied.

Correct inventory equal accurate estimate quote.
Before you start, whether you are going to rely on a telephone estimate or an in-home estimate, take a few minutes to make an accurate and detailed list of the items you intend to move. This planning will help you avoid any price discrepancies at the end of the move.
It’s very usual to people to underestimate the cost of the move base on insufficient inventory list or misjudgment of time required to disassemble and/or reassemble large furniture or other fact that should be taken in consideration, we try to prevent this by going through a detailed checklist with you starting with the bedroom, and continuing throughout all the rooms in your house.
